ISO 9001 Certified
Allvia has been certified as an ISO 9001 Registered Firm. This certification attests to the high standard of Allvia's management systems that monitor, control and improve the quality of its products and services. ISO 9001 is a standard set forth by the International Standards Organization and is globally recognized.
Allvia received its first certification from QAS International in February 2013. Not only does the certification validate the quality of Allvia's management systems, it also confirms the continual process of quality improvement at the company.
ITAR Registered
Allvia has received official International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) registration from the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Political-Military Affairs. The registration certifies the company's dedication as a trusted U.S. facility to adhering to regulations that control the export and import of defense-related products and services.
The Department of State interprets and enforces ITAR. Its goal is to advance national strategic objectives and U.S. foreign policy via the trade controls. For practical purposes, ITAR regulations dictate that information and material pertaining to defense and military related technologies may only be shared with US persons unless approval from the Department of State is received or a special exemption is used.
